Verizon Wireless Rebates

Just thought if anyone else bought the LG EnV3 at a Verizon store and wanted to know how long the rebate takes to get to you, I bought the phone on Saturday the 16th, sent the rebate in the 18th, received the rebate the 4th, logged online and put in a direct transfer to my bank account on the 4th and received my deposit on the 8th.

So, Rebate sent in on day 0.
Rebate received business day 13.
Direct Deposit received on business day 15.

August has come

Here we are in August...

Bills pre-season starts on Friday...so thats sick, JP Losman is going to take us places this year, I'm seeing 9-7 and a playoff berth, a win in the wild-card weekend, after that we'll see.

Time for laughs

I just thought I would let the world know that Frank Caliendo is absolutely hilarious. I can't get enough of his Madden impressions. I recommend anyone who gets the chance to watch at least google Frank Caliendo or just go straight here for a sample of what I'm talking about (from Google Video).

Watch it for 3 minutes and you will enjoy it too I think.

Delving into laptop volume

So, it has been forever and a day since I have posted, considering that there is nobody reading this I am not too concerned. Regardless, I wanted to share my situation with my laptop. I have a Toshiba A75-S1253 that I really like. It was a bargain deal, but what I did not realize was that I was getting into low speaker volume. So, after much searching and many trials (downloaded plugins for WMP...) I downloaded the newest driver and BINGO-BANGO! The volume is louder now, which makes me happy.

Civ IV, UB MBA and Buffalo

Well, the beginning of the end I believe...the day I got a blog...

The real deal is Civ 4, in fact I think I am going to play Civ3 right now to remember all the good times I had with it. I believe it is the only thing that got me through Computer Security Summer o' Love.

Well, UB is treating me real nice too, I am enjoying my time here very much.
